Ralix finds prospective customers matching signals you configure, and prepares a contact, channel, and draft opener for each. You decide whether and how to reach out — Ralix does not send outreach on your behalf on any channel where doing so would violate that channel's own rules (LinkedIn included: Ralix never automates LinkedIn sends).
Free, Solo, Growth, and Agency plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your account reverts to Free rather than losing access outright.
You agree not to use Ralix to violate a data source's or a communication channel's own terms of service, to harass or spam, or to collect data outside the scope our own compliance rules allow (see Data Use). We reserve the right to suspend an account used this way.
Ralix's cards are generated by AI and grounded in the evidence we cite, but they are not guaranteed to be error-free. You're responsible for verifying anything material before acting on it in a way that matters — the card is a research aid, not a substitute for your own judgment.
Ralix is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the product changes; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
