Account data you give us directly (name, email, billing details processed by our payment provider). Prospect and contact data our AI resolves on your behalf while running your saved offers and signals — business names, public review/signal evidence, and where resolvable, a contact's name, role, and public contact handle.
To run the product: find prospects matching your signals, resolve a contact and channel, draft an opener, and track follow-ups. To bill your plan. To improve accuracy of our own agents (aggregated, not shared outside Ralix). We do not sell prospect or contact data.
Personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to any tenant's data is scoped at the database layer — every query runs under row-level security keyed to your account, enforced the same way for every tenant, including our own staff accounts.
You can request a copy or deletion of your account's data, including prospect/contact records collected on your behalf, at any time — email privacy@ralix.ai. We retain prospect/contact data for as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner.
We use subprocessors to operate the product: hosting, a payment processor (LemonSqueezy), transactional email, and language-model providers used to process (not store beyond the run) the data needed to build your cards. A current list is available on request.
