Most outbound tools start from a firmographic filter: industry, headcount, tech stack, funding stage. That gets you a list of businesses that could buy from you. It doesn't tell you which ten of them are actually worth calling this week.
The difference is timing. A dental group with rating variance across locations, a company that just started running paid ads with a page that doesn't convert, a business fielding calls it isn't answering — these are moments, not attributes. They decay. A list built on fit alone treats every name on it as equally warm, which in practice means none of them are.
Ralix starts from the signal you define — the thing that means someone needs what you sell right now — and only then resolves it down to a business, a contact, and an opener. The card you get isn't "this company might fit your ICP." It's "this business has this specific, recent, verifiable reason to talk to you, here's who to ask for, and here's the channel that gets through."
That's also why every card cites its evidence. A signal without a source is a guess wearing a badge. If we can't point to where "why now" came from, the card doesn't ship.
Discover businesses that match your offering, understand why they may need what you sell, and turn research into actionable opportunities.
