What's actually inside a Ralix card

"Card" is a deliberately small word for what Ralix hands you, so it's worth being specific about what's actually in one.

The business. Not just a name — the one your signal actually matched, verified against a real, recent, cited piece of evidence (a review, a job post, a public filing, whatever your signal is built to watch for).

Why now. The plain-language version of that evidence. Not "good fit for your ICP" — the actual thing that happened, recently enough to matter.

The contact. A real name and role where one could be resolved, with a confidence score attached — Ralix tells you when it's confident and when it's guessing, it doesn't pretend both are the same.

The channel. Email, call, LinkedIn, or a warm-intro ask — picked for this specific prospect, with the reason stated, not a single default channel applied to everyone.

The insight. The one thing worth knowing before you reach out that isn't the why-now itself — context that makes the first thirty seconds of the conversation land.

The opener. A draft, grounded only in what's actually verified about this business — never invented detail dressed up as personalization.

The follow-up plan. What to do if this doesn't get a reply, and when.

Every one of those fields has to trace back to something real before a card ships at all — that's the job of the guard step in the pipeline, and it's non-negotiable. A card that can't cite its evidence doesn't get assembled in the first place.
