We get asked this a lot: if Ralix can pick the right channel and write the opener, why doesn't it also send the LinkedIn connection request and the follow-up DM automatically, the way a dozen "AI SDR" tools already do?
Because that's the one channel where automating the send is the actual product risk, not a convenience. LinkedIn's own terms prohibit automated messaging from personal accounts, and enforcement is real — restricted or banned accounts are a routine outcome for tools that promise "automated LinkedIn outreach." We'd be selling you a feature that quietly threatens the account you use it from.
So when a card's channel is LinkedIn, Ralix tells you that's the right channel and gives you the opener to send — you send it, from your own account, in your own voice. When the channel is a warm intro, same thing: Ralix tells you who to ask and why, you make the ask. The line we drew is simple: Ralix automates research and judgment, never the actual send on a channel whose own rules forbid automating it.
This isn't a technical limitation we're waiting to lift. It's a permanent decision, and it's enforced structurally — there is no code path in Ralix's outreach layer capable of sending a LinkedIn message at all, automated or otherwise.
